How To Calculate University of Limpopo APS

APS which stands for Admission Point Score is one of the tools used by South African University to consider an applicant for admission. The APS determines if an applicant is eligible for admission in their chosen programme. The University of Limpopo has a unique way for applicants to calculate their APS before applying for a course in the Institution.

How To Calculate UL APS

To calculate your APS for UL admission, you will have to add your percentage in your six best subjects. This excludes Life orientation. Before any applicants can be considered for admission in UL, he/she must meet up with the minimum APS or fall within the testing band. For each matric subject, you write an exam in, you get points for it. Though the point you get for each matric subject depends on your score in the subject. The totality of all the points in the six subject is your APS points.

Applicants are advised to get high marks to push their APS higher so that they can have more chance of getting admission. Also, some programme might require you to submit other requirements before you can be considered for admission.
