Home isn’t far

Home isn’t far

Home is my mother’s chest and my father’s arms

That keeps me off the shades of sickness and loneliness

Home isn’t far

Home is with my boys

Around the corner of the barefoot streets

Playing the games that takes the night far

Home isn’t far

Home is running with our birthday suit, under the heat rippened sun, on an open wide field

Home isn’t far

Home is at night

Listening to granny tell us tales under the moon spunning magic

Home isn’t far

Home is in your heart

Spilling words from the pit of my soul

Till they are frenzied out like the water vapour
