Africa Macquarie Awards for Postgraduate and Undergraduate Students in Australia 2020/2021

The application for the 2020/2021 Macquarie UAC Awards for International Students in Australia is now open. International students can now apply to study at the Macquarie University in Australia.

Macquarie University is a public research university located in Sydney, Australia. The university is located in the suburb of Macquarie Park where it gets its name. The university was established in 1964 by the New South Wales Government and its the third university to be established in the metropolitan area of Sydney.

Africa Macquarie Awards for Postgraduate and Undergraduate Students in Australia 2020/2021

The award is for both undergraduate and postgraduates students in Africa. The University of Macquire will provide AU$5000 for students annually for their length of study. AU$2500 will be credited against your tuition fees per semester. Applicants are advised to accept the scholarship and course on time so as not to miss the opportunity because it is very competitive.


Applicant is chosen on the following criteria:

  • Be an Africa citizen.
  • Must have applied for undergraduate or postgraduate coursework through a registered Macquarie University agent or through online application system.
  • Meet the University’s academic and English requirements for the course offered at the North Ryde campus.
  • Commence study in the session and year indicated in your scholarship letter of offer. Commencement may not be deferred.

Macquarie International Building E3A, Level 1 North Ryde NSW 2109 Australia. After taking affirmation, you will be automatically considered for the opportunity.

Students will be considered for the award after applying for admission to the school.

Application Form

Only applications submitted to the International Office and registered on the scholarship website before February 7, 2020  will be considered.
